  9. I have been developing a program within MacApp 1.1.1 for several years now,
  10. and have decided that it's time to convert to MacApp 2.x.  On page 151 of the
  11. MacApp 2.0 General Reference (M0745LL/A) it says:

  13.   "Detailed instructions on converting MacApp 1.0 and 1.1
  14.    applications to MacApp 2.0 are given in the MacApp 2.0
  15.    Cookbook."

  17. There are no such instructions in the MacApp 2.0 Cookbook, Beta Draft
  18. (M0299LL/C).  What is (are) the best source(s) of information for such
  19. conversions?
